The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has announced the recipients of its 2023 LEED Homes Awards, recognizing projects, developers, and home builders that have demonstrated leadership in the residential green building marketplace. MOKULUA High Performance Builder and Peter Vincent Architects Slice of Paradise was recognized as a 2023 LEED Outstanding Single Family Project. This Kahuku oceanfront residence is certified as LEED Platinum, Energy Star, and EPA Indoor AirPlus. The considerations for efficiency and durability were critical in the planning of this oceanside home, which experiences some of the harshest conditions on Oʻahu.
