Peter Vincent Architects, Mokulua High Performance Builders, and Star Pierce Design combined to create a tropical, sustainable oasis located on the beaches of Kahuku - Slice of Paradise featured on the cover of Hawaii Home + Remodeling this month.

The oceanside home project achieved LEED Platinum, Energy Star, and EPA Indoor AirPlus certifications. Furthermore, it earned recognition as a USGBC 2023 LEED Homes Outstanding Single-Family Project. The meticulous attention to efficiency, durability, and occupant health played a crucial role in the planning of this remarkable residence.

Given the property's long and narrow dimensions, meticulous planning was essential to optimize the spatial intricacies. The design incorporates multiple structures that not only maximize open spaces but also create buffers to enhance the breathtaking views and design elements.
