PVA staff battled it for the title of "Gingerbread House Champion" via Zoom for our distanced 2020 holiday party this year. The entries featured recreations a recreation of Waiʻalae Modern Residence, an ode to "the old woman in a shoe", a Kauai classic, a sustainable design, a canoe hale and the list goes on. While it was a hard fought victory, Mitz came up as the winner. After her crushing win in the Halloween Pumpkin Carving Competition, employees were extra motivated to defeat her. Alas, her creation won the popular vote again. Thanks to everyone who took free time out of their busy holiday schedule (and project work schedule) to participate. Can't wait until next year when we can all be together to do it again. Until 2021.....
