This is award-winning design fuses tropical living and sustainable efficiencies with the comforts of modern living. The main living spaces creates a dramatic sense of arrival as clere story windows above and an open lanai floods the space with light. Design elements of the exterior and the tropical landscaping permeate the interior space with a custom Ipe banquette framed by over-sized windows. The double volume height throughout the kitchen, dining and living room hosts a plank and beam ceiling. The kitchen is situated to take command of the room but a simplistic approach in use of material leaves a clean feel and does not detract from the sweeping integration of the adjacent lanai.
