The Project Architect is the design and technical leader of the project and as such, plans and supervises the project tasks that result in the overall design and preparation of schematic, design development, and construction documents for the project. Ensures all aspects of the project design and technical production are in accordance with the firm’s policies, procedures, and standards.Manages the bidding, permitting and construction administration phases of the project.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
• Master’s Degree a plus.
• Architecture license not required, but preferred.
• Minimum of five years architecture experience required.

The Interior Designer assists the Interior Design Manager or Project Manager in the interior design and FF&E selection and procurement of the project and as such is primarily responsible for conceptual interior design, space planning, interior design development, and FF&E selection, specification, procurement, and installation. Ensures assigned Interior Design project tasks are following the firm’s policies, procedures, and standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design required.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in residential Interior Design a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Software a plus
