Tonggs Beach Condo
The owners purchased the 3rd floor condo on Waikiki’s “Gold Coast” in order to downsize from their previous residence and head toward retirement.

While the existing condo had breathtaking ocean views, the interior spaces were low, dark and dated and an oddly shaped lanai broke up the main living space. The clients desired an open, clean, contemporary design that exploited the view and maintained an island feel.
