Seabreeze Condo
The project was to create a light, airy, contemporary space that was comfortable and cohesive. The space is maximized to create a better livable area by opening up the kitchen and living area by removing the non-structural portions.

The lanai was enclosed, and the sliding doors in the living room were updated to create a bridge between the indoors and outdoors. A kitchen and bath renovation were completed, and new flooring was added. The design and furniture selections maximized the use of space and created a clean look.
