Hale Kahakai

PVA is the design architect for this 2,406 SF cozy beach bungalow located on the North Shore of Oʻahu. The new home takes advantage of the magnificent views and indoor/outdoor space relationship.  The house was sited at the back of the lot to create a protection from the elements while preserving a recreational green space. The design is reminiscent of traditional Hawaiian-style architecture and celebrates the coastal lifestyle.
