Crossroads at Kapolei Shopping Center

The Crossroads at Kapolei Shopping Center is a new 40,000 SF retail complex. The "light industrial" design vocabulary is inspired by the aesthetic of the area's historic sugar mills and features exposed steel structural elements, providing honesty of expression and economy. The design combines the clients' desire for a project that "stands out from the rest," while adhering to the strict architectural community design guidelines. PVA provided interior design services in addition to the design of the building shell and site work.
