Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory Kakaako

Located in the industrial fringe of Kakaako, Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory, is owned and operated by a local family who has been proudly serving their customers for over 65 years. The project is a reflection of the family’s vision to provide business and employment opportunities and encourage economic development in Hawaiʻi. The architectural design for the project involved refreshing and modernizing an old and dilapidated building built in the late 1940’s, in order to create a unique and stylistic identity, complimentary to the surrounding buildings and community.
