Benihana of Tokyo at New Delhi, India

The new Benihana of Tokyo in Nehru Place is a 6,250 SF of interior space including 950 SF of kitchen area. The project includes a bar and lounge area; sushi bar; staff room and office and restroom facilities. The design intention was to bring out Benihana’s identity and Japanese qualities using modern materials to make a distinctive difference from other teppan-yaki (a type of Japanese cuisine where food is prepared in front of the customers using an iron griddle) restaurants.
