The project had two major components; the first was to renovate the 2nd floor to create new offices, revised workstations, a new Breakroom, production areas, special audio/video areas, computer room and satellite telephone/data closets. The second part was to renovate the 5,800 SF 6th floor to include the Executive Dining Room, Cafeteria (Cafe Blue), Kitchen, Board Room, Lobby and ADA Restrooms.
