A Message to Our PVA Ohana about COVID-19

March 2020

As the coronavirus COVID-19 has grown to pandemic level—impacting our daily lives at work and home—I want to share how Peter Vincent Architects is responding. At PVA our priority is to protect the safety and health of our team, clients and community. During this unprecedented time, PVA is making some adjustments to achieve this.

Effective immediately, PVA will institute a work-from-home policy to encourage staff to work remotely. This is to help limit exposure of our staff to both each other and to any outside persons.  Meetings will be performed virtually and we will address in-person meetings and site visits on a case-by-case basis. The office will remain open but have limited access and will endure additional cleaning measures for the safety of those who visit.

It’s paramount to us that you continue to receive the same level of support you are accustomed to, and we’re confident that with the measures that have been put in place, we can mitigate this risk together with minimal business disruption.

Flexibility during these extraordinary times is important, and we are continually evaluating our procedures as the situation develops. We are optimistic that by working together with you, we can preserve your safety and ours, and help truncate the spread of COVID-19.
