Recently acquiring the role as partner at Peter Vincent Architects in Honolulu, Todd Hassler, AIA, credits skills learned through AIA’s Leadership Academy in his preparation. He parlayed the experience at the Leadership Academy to help him become the 2022 AIA Honolulu Vice President, with a role as 2023 President on the horizon. The Leadership Academy is AIA’s flagship leadership development program. This three-year program is designed for architects who are ready for the next level of accomplished leadership in their firm, profession, and community.
