One of our favorite times of the year is the PVA staff summer project tours. These tours allow our team to visit and learn about recently completed projects or those currently under construction. They reinforce our design philosophy, highlight points of interest, and demonstrate how projects come to fruition. These tours provide an excellent growth opportunity for staff to gain in-depth knowledge about each project, understanding the thoughtful design approach and sustainable concepts applied.
