PVA named to Modern Luxury Hawaii's 2019 LUXE List

 Peter Vincent Architects was named "Best Luxury Architect" in the 2019 LUXE List featured in the March edition of Modern Luxury Hawaii. PVA joined the ranks of some of Hawaii's most prestigious restaurants, retailers, and luxury service providers on the list. See the full list here. The LUXE Experience Event to celebrate the winners will take place on April 7th at Velocity Honolulu.

PVA's Residences Score Big at 2018 BIA-Hawaii Building Industry Design & Construction Awards

Two outstanding residences were recently recognized by BIA-Hawaii at the Building Industry Design & Construction Awards Gala.  The team of PVA and Mokulua High Performance Builder received a Grand Award: Hawaii Green Residential Category for Kahala Thai LEED Platinum Residence. In addition, the team of PVA,  Mokulua High Performance Builder, and Archipelago Hawaii received the Grand Award: New Residential Construction $800,000-$999,999 Category for Hale Kahakai located on the North Shore. Hale Palekaiko receives AIA Honorable Mention - Residential Category

Peter Vincent Architects was honored with a AIA Honorable Mention Award in the Residential Category for Hale Palekaiko (House of Paradise) this past weekend. The design created a contemporary Hawaiian-style cluster of buildings featuring a two-story main house, guesthouse, pool, BBQ pavilion, and auto courtyard. 

 

"Of the residential projects, this house most successfully addressed its site conditions. By stringing out the program linearly it effectively mediated its access from the road to the water." - Juror comment

Hale Moku wins Hawaii Home + Remodel's AIA Editor's Choice Design Award

Hale Moku received Hawaii Home + Remodel's AIA Editor's Choice Design Award 2017 and is featured on the September 2017 cover of the magazine. This 2,314 SF residence features curved ceilings and many nautical details to capture a playful, yet sophisticated feel. The house takes advantage of the marina and mountain views while creating indoor/outdoor spaces for true Hawaii living. Click here to read more.
