Hale Palekaiko receives AIA Honorable Mention - Residential Category

Peter Vincent Architects was honored with a AIA Honorable Mention Award in the Residential Category for Hale Palekaiko (House of Paradise) this past weekend. The design created a contemporary Hawaiian-style cluster of buildings featuring a two-story main house, guesthouse, pool, BBQ pavilion, and auto courtyard. 

 

"Of the residential projects, this house most successfully addressed its site conditions. By stringing out the program linearly it effectively mediated its access from the road to the water." - Juror comment
