1. Allez Cuisine!

Favorite food to cook; Mom's recipe for Oxtail soup. Favorite foods to eat; Toro, Foie gras, Ossobuco alla milanese with fried zucchini flowers, Squid ink pasta, Kahuku shrimp.

2. Black and Blue

Former Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Aikido practitioner... Ergo the reason for being "Former."

3. Armchair Quarterback

If it involves hitting, throwing, catching, dribbling, spiking, or running with a ball... Game on!

Favorite places: Florence-Italy, Sapporo-Japan.
